Development and Maintenance of the Diploma of Applied Education

Institute Management System (Framework and Modules)

Diploma of Applied Education (DAE) programme is a new course for Secondary Six school leavers as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification for employment and further study by an alternative pathway.  DAE consists of three common core courses, two complementary courses out of five, and three institution-specific elective courses.  A wide array of elective courses and industrial-developed complementary courses are offered to cater for different interests and aptitudes of students.  Tenders are invited for Development and Maintenance of the Diploma of Applied Education Institute Management System (Framework and Modules) (2023/2024 and 2024/2025).  The contractor is required to provide System Development, System Maintenance and Support Services of the System.

Submission of Tenders:

Tender submissions must be delivered to FSTE Secretariat, 15/F, Astoria Building, 24-38 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at or before 12:00 noon on 4 January 2023 (Hong Kong time).  Late tenders will not be considered.

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION AND LATE SUBMISSION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Any enquiries forwarded to Mr Yu Lam (yulam@fste.edu.hk) at or before 12:00 noon on 4 January 2023 will be answered.  In the interest of fairness and transparency, enquiries (and responses) may be shared by us with all other Tenderers.

All costs and expenses incurred from, or in connection with any response to, this Tender Invitation (including the preparation and/or submission of the Tenders), shall be entirely the responsibility of the interested Tenderers.
