Maintenance of the Diploma of Applied Education Web-based Application System
Diploma of Applied Education (DAE) programme is a new course for students who complete Secondary Six as well as adult learners aged 21 or above to obtain a formal qualification for employment and further study by an alternative pathway. DAE consists of three common core courses, two complementary courses out of five, and three institution-specific elective courses. A wide array of elective courses and industrial-developed complementary courses are offered to cater for different interests and aptitudes of students. Tenders are invited for Maintenance, Cybersecurity Enhancement and Operational Support of the Diploma of Applied Education Web-based Application System (2027/2028 and 2028/2029). The contractor is required to provide System maintenance, cybersecurity enhancement and operational support for the System.

Tender Briefing:
A tender briefing is scheduled for 4:00 pm on 24 September 2026 (Thursday). Interested Tenderers are required to register on or before 21 September 2026 (5:00 pm) by emailing to queeniewong@fste.edu.hk with company name, address, telephone number, name, position, and email address of the contact person.
Submission of Tenders:
Tenders must be delivered to FSTE Secretariat, 15/F, Astoria Building, 24-38 Ashley Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong at or before 3:00 pm on 8 October 2026 (Hong Kong time).
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION AND LATE TENDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Any enquiries forwarded to Ms. Queenie Wong (queeniewong@fste.edu.hk) at or before 12:00 noon on 8 October 2026 will be answered. In the interest of fairness and transparency, enquiries (and responses) may be shared by us with all other Tenderers.
Remarks:
- All costs and expenses incurred from, or in connection with, any response to this Tender Invitation (including the preparation and/or submission of the Tenders), shall be borne entirely by the interested Tenderers.
- Interested Tenderers are required to attend the Tender Briefing. Otherwise, the submission will not be considered.
